RETURNING MEMBERS login to your member account. Username and password are case sensitive. DO NOT try to create a new member account.
NEW MEMBERS start your registration process by creating your new member account. Please create a new login name and password with 6 characters minimum.

Registration Fees for 2011
U6-U9 - $70.00
U10-U18 - $105.00
Late fee after July 15, 2011 $10.00

Returning players make sure to complete your registration by May 30th to guarantee placement on your old team.

If you live outside of the SYSA Boundaries there is an additional $10.00 Fee. This fee is used for field maintenance and improvements.

Refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee for players choosing not to play. Full refunds will be given if we cannot find a team for you - this rarely occurs. No refunds will be given after August 30.

Registration is by age groups, you will need to know the U# for each player you are registering. "U" refers to under, with the birth date cut off date of July 31st. Use the WSYSA Age Chart to determine your child's correct U-LEVEL

Seattle Youth Soccer Association requires that we keep a photocopy of a certified birth certificate (no hospital certificates) or current passport on file for each player as proof of age. If you are new to Hillwood or have not sent in a copy please do so immediately.

Registrars are the only ones that can place players on teams. We will do our best to honor special requests for team placement. Players usually return to their prior team. See team formation guidelines.
We will continue to take applications through out the summer up until early October. New players will be assigned to teams as necessary to even out the numbers.

Hillwood Soccer club provides partial scholarships for qualifying families. Please register online and e-mail request or mail to Hillwood PO Box. Scholarship requests must be in writing and will be reviewed and approved by the Board.

If you are a returning Coach/Manager or interested in Coaching/Managing for the first time, please be sure to register as an HSC Coach/Manager. First create a profile under member login and choose Coach/ Team Manager /Volunteer from the selections. Be sure your Risk Management Clearance is current. Only after you have registered, will you be assigned to a team.
